NOVELTY - Preparation method of copper-coated graphene comprises mixing and stirring graphene with water, performing homogenization treatment, filtering to obtain the graphene slurry; mixing with surfactant, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the modified graphene slurry; mixing the modified graphene slurry, soluble copper salt, sulfuric acid, chlorine ion additive, copper gloss additive, carrier and water to obtain plating liquid; putting the plating solution in the plating device, taking copper-containing phosphorus as anode, titanium mesh as cathode, carrier out plating; filtering the plating solution after plating, mixing obtained filter residue with passivation solution, performing passivation treatment; filtering, washing and drying the passivated slurry to obtain the copper-coated graphene. USE - The method is for preparing copper-coated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surfactant-treated graphene surface eliminates the problems of poor copper and graphene binding, and uneven mixing density. The prepared graphene composite material has uniform particle size distribution and good density consistency, which is convenient for subsequent stable production.
