▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene hollow fiber membrane comprises PDF base film and casting solution, where the casting solution includes 30-45 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 1-8 wt.% graphene material, 3-8 wt.% cellulose sodium, 5-8 wt.% porogen, 35-50 wt.% organic solvent and 1-6 wt.% processing aid. USE - The graphene hollow fiber membrane is useful in preparing graphene oxide filter membrane module system for an integrated MBR intelligent sewage processor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene hollow fiber membrane: has function of antibacterial; and reduces the content of chemical oxygen demand and the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water; is beneficial to inhibit the eutrophication of water bodies and improve purification efficacy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene hollow fiber membrane, comprising (1) dispersing polyvinylidene fluoride in solvent, adding lubricant, other auxiliary agents, stirring at constant temperature until it is completely dissolved, obtaining polyvinylidene fluoride film solution, forming polyvinylidene fluoride base film by injection molding polyvinylidene fluoride film solution, and (2) coating casting solution on the polyvinylidene fluoride based film surface, placing in the nitrogen methyl pyrrolidone aqueous solution, and freezing to obtain graphene hollow fiber film.
