NOVELTY - Preparing a beta-receptor blocking agent and a beta 2 receptor agonist extract comprises (a) thermally reacting to prepare magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, (b) dispersing the prepared magnetic iron dioxide nanoparticles in a mixed solution, and then adding tetraethoxysilane, stirring and washing, and drying to obtain a mixture of iron oxide and silicon dioxide, (c) discharging the mixed solution containing iron oxide, oxidized graphene, chromium nitrate nonohydrate and 2-amino terephthalic acid to deionized water, (d) adding sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to the mixture, heating the inner lining of the Teflon(Polytetrafluoroethylene)-shaped stainless steel-reaction kettle reaction kettle, separating by an external magnetic field, and washing dry to obtain an extract. USE - The method is useful for preparing beta-receptor blocking agent and beta-receptor agonist extracting material and to detect whether it contains beta-receptor blocker and beta2-receptor agonist (claimed), which is used for promoting growth and increasing muscle content in the cultivation process of edible animal, and for preventing sudden death animal the transportation process. ADVANTAGE - The method has lower detection limit, fast analysis speed, and measuring more analyte more and so characteristics.
