NOVELTY - Flame retardant UV-LED coating gloss oil comprises 20-25 pts. wt. polyester acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 40-45 pts. wt. active diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 5-10 pts. wt. tannic acid modified nanographene, 34 pts. wt. filler and 12 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as flame retardant UV-LED coating gloss oil. ADVANTAGE - The coating gloss oil: greatly improves the flame-retardant performance of the compound filler; has excellent flame-retardant effect; at the same time, has excellent flexibility and adhesion, and excellent printing adaptability; and solves the technical problem of non-flame retardant encountered by the same type of coating gloss oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating gloss oil, comprising (1) placing the polyester acrylic resin, epoxy acrylic resin, reactive diluent and photoinitiator into container, and stirring for 10-30 minutes at stirring rate of 800-1000 revolution per minute at 45-50 degrees C, (2) slowly adding tannic acid modified nano-graphene, fillers and additives, and stirring for 5-10 minutes at stirring rate of 800-1000 revolution per minute, and (3) filtering 300 mesh screen.
