NOVELTY - Infrared shielding type ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive film comprises 60-80 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate main resin, 10-30 pts. wt. infrared shielding agent, 5-10 pts. wt. cooling agent, 8-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-6 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. inorganic flame retardant, 3-10 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.1-1 pts. wt. initiator, and 0.01- 1 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the melt index of the ethylene-vinyl acetate main resin is 200-300 g/10 minute. USE - The adhesive film is useful in transportation safety storage. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive film: improves the shielding protection work of the infrared ray of the textile; improves the compatibility of each material; improves the adhesive performance of the adhesive film and the textile material; improve the high temperature resistance of ethylene-vinyl acetate ; and improves the flame retardant property of the product by the action of inorganic flame retardant. The method has low energy consumption and simple operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing infrared shielding type EVA hot-melt adhesive film comprising (S1) adding ethylene-vinyl acetate main resin, silane coupling agent, cosolvent, inorganic flame retardant, initiator, antioxidant and tackifier into a high-speed mixer with high-speed stirring and mixing, adding infrared shielding agent and heat-dissipating agent while stirring, and mixing evenly to obtain a mixed material, and (S2) adding the mixed material into a screw extruder for melt extrusion, stretching, cooling, pulling and winding to obtain infrared shielding type ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive film.
