NOVELTY - Preparing fixed carrier film with inorganic sheet screening channel comprises e.g. taking polyvinylamine, graphene oxide, ethylenediamine, zinc nitrate hexahydrate, 2-methylimidazole as raw material, synthesizing zeolite imidazole ester backbone material ZIF-8 in graphene oxide dispersion, ethylenediamine molecules and graphene oxide into carboxyand epoxy groups, loading zeolitic imidazole ester skeleton material on surface of aminated graphene oxide, adding framework material into polyvinylamine solution, coating on microporous membrane surface with a functional film. USE - The fixed carrier film with the inorganic sheet screening channel is useful for separating and purifying the carbon dioxide in the mixed gas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The screening channel provides a rapid migration channel for the transfer of CO2 with high CO2 permeation rate and separation factor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing fixed carrier film with inorganic sheet screening channel comprises taking polyvinylamine, graphene oxide, ethylenediamine, zinc nitrate hexahydrate, 2-methylimidazole as raw material, synthesizing zeolite imidazole ester backbone material ZIF-8 in graphene oxide dispersion, ethylenediamine molecules and graphene oxide into carboxy and epoxy groups to achieve a chemical modification of graphene oxide, loading zeolitic imidazole ester skeleton material on the surface of the aminated graphene oxide, adding the framework material into polyvinylamine solution, preparing into a uniform casting solution, coating on the microporous membrane surface with a functional film, where the functional film has a thickness of 1-100 mu m. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) use of fixed carrier film with the inorganic sheet screening channel for separating and purifying carbon dioxide (CO2) in the mixed gas; and (2) use method of fixed carrier film comprising fixing the membrane to the membrane well, at test pressure of 0.1-1.5 MPa, gas penetration test temperature is 25 degrees C, controlling the humidity of the gas on the feed side by the humidification tank, membrane area of 12.56 cm2, on the downstream side of the membrane chamber, hydrogen gas is used as a purge gas purge, controlling purge gas flow rate to 5-30 sccm, pressure is atmospheric pressure, and detecting the downstream components by gas chromatography.
