NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene reinforced ceramics involves pouring 0.5-10 wt.% graphene and 50-100 %mass polyvinylpyrrolidone in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone to obtain dispersion liquid with 1-4 mg/mL graphene, putting in water bath environment at 60-80 degrees C, stirring, pouring 9-10 wt.% alumina and yttrium oxide and 80-89.5 wt.% silicon nitride to dispersion liquid to obtain composite dispersion liquid, putting composite dispersion liquid into water bath environment, stirring evenly, ball milling to obtain uniform mixed slurry, drying in vacuum drying oven at 50-80 degrees C to obtain composite powder, grinding composite powder, sieving with 80-200 mesh sieve, filling in bottle, mixing in three-dimensional mixer, sieving with 80-200 mesh screen, pre-pressing in graphite mold, sintering under protection of nitrogen atmosphere at 1700-1800 degrees C and 30-50 MPa, and heat-preserving for 30-60 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene reinforced ceramics. ADVANTAGE - The method provides ceramics with enhanced mechanical properties, improved friction performance, and excellent wear resistance.
