NOVELTY - Low-resistance conductive ink composition comprises 10-80 wt.% graphene coated nano-silver powder, 1-20 wt.% epoxy resin, 1-15 wt.% epoxy resin curing agent, 1-30 wt.% polyvinyl acetal, 5-30 wt.% organic solvent, 0.5-10 wt.% toughening agent, 0.5-2 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.5-3 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-2 wt.% adhesive force accelerant, and 0.1-1 wt.% thixotropic agent. USE - Used as low-resistance conductive ink composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition is easy to disperse, economical and suitable for mass production; and has high conductivity and less graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composition, comprising (i) mixing toughening agent and organic solvent to obtain toughening system; and (ii) mixing uniformly epoxy resin, epoxy resin curing agent and organic solvent uniformly, sequentially adding graphene-coated nano-silver powder, toughening agent system, polyvinyl acetal, antifoaming agent, antioxidant, adhesive force accelerator and thixotropic agent, and mixing uniformly.
