▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite silicon carbonitride precursor ceramic by precursor method comprises mixing polysilazane and graphene uniformly at mass ratio of 60-95:5-40 under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain mixed solution; heating from room temperature to 300-800 degrees C at heating rate of 3-5 degrees C/minute for 1-8 hours; pulverizing in vibrating ball mill and passing through 100-200 mesh sieve; press-forming under 5-15 MPa pressure, cold isostatic pressing at 150-250 MPa, and holding pressure for 200-400 seconds to obtain green body; and heat-treating under nitrogen gas protection at 1000-1300 degrees C for 2-6 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite silicon carbonitride precursor ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The method increases relative complex dielectric constant, increases loss factor, and improves reflection loss of material.
