NOVELTY - A metal sheet is provided in container filled with glacial acetic acid, and heated at 30-60 degrees C for 50-30 minutes. The metal sheet is removed from container, washed and dried. Metal sheet and carbon source are placed in vacuum tubular furnace maintained at vacuum, and hydrogen and argon are supplied. Materials are heated at 1035 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooled and further heated to 90-110 degrees C. Metal sheet with graphene film is removed from furnace, and etched with ferric trichloride etching liquid, washed, immersed in acetone for 12-24 hours, and dried to produce graphene film. USE - Manufacture of graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film having high quality is economically manufactured at high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A metal sheet having thickness of 25-200 mu m is cut to predetermined size, provided in a container filled with glacial acetic acid, and heated at 30-60 degrees C for 50-30 minutes. The metal sheet is removed from container, washed with water and dried in oven. The metal sheet and carbon source are placed in heating regions of vacuum tubular furnace, and silica wool is provided for insulating the temperature. The furnace is maintained at vacuum, and hydrogen and argon are supplied in flow ratio of 1:1-10. The materials are heated at 1035 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooled to 200-600 degrees C, and further heated to 90-110 degrees C. The furnace is cooled to room temperature after reaction. The metal sheet with graphene film is removed from furnace, and anisole solution of polymethyl methacrylate is applied and etched for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. The film is then etched with ferric trichloride etching liquid for 12-24 hours, washed with water for more than three times, immersed in acetone for 12-24 hours, and dried to produce graphene film.
