NOVELTY - Production of metal composite fiber involves preparing graphene derivative solution, coating the graphene derivative solution on the surface of a selected metal fiber, obtaining a graphene derivative-coated metal composite fiber, heating metal composite fiber at a set speed through a microwave heating zone to cause the surface of the metal fibers to rise due to eddy currents, such that the graphene derivative layer is heated by absorption of microwave and the graphene derivative layer on the surface of the metal composite fiber is converted into graphene layer, cooling, and pressing. USE - Production of metal composite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of metal composite fiber with excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of metal composite fiber involves preparing graphene derivative solution, coating the graphene derivative solution on the surface of a selected metal fiber, obtaining a graphene derivative-coated metal composite fiber, heating metal composite fiber at a set speed in a predetermined atmosphere through a microwave heating zone to cause the surface of the metal fibers to rise due to eddy currents, such that the graphene derivative layer is heated by absorption of microwave and the graphene derivative layer on the surface of the metal composite fiber is converted into a graphene layer by high-temperature effect, cooling, and pressing.
