NOVELTY - Hydrophobic and lipophilic film with photothermal and electrothermal effect comprises middle layer film, upper layer film and lower layer film arranged on both sides of the middle layer film. The middle layer film is a polyvinylidene fluoride film, and both the upper layer film and the lower layer film are organosilicon-modified reduced graphene oxide film. USE - Hydrophobic and lipophilic film with photothermal and electrothermal effect used in oil-water separation. Can also be used in marine crude oil spills and industrial oily water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic and lipophilic film with photothermal and electrothermal effect is prepared by simple process, and has fixed graphene oxide on the surface of the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane through a two-step electrospinning method, high stability, excellent photothermal and electrothermal effect. The hydrophobic and lipophilic film can effectively separate oil-water mixture and water-in-oil emulsion, used repeatedly, and can effectively remove high-viscosity crude oil on water under the electrothermal/photothermal effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a hydrophobic and lipophilic film with photothermal and electrothermal effect, which involves: (a) preparing a polyvinylidene fluoride film as a base support layer by electrospinning a polyvinylidene fluoride solution; (b) electrospinning graphene oxide solution on the front and back sides of the polyvinylidene fluoride film to form a sandwich structure, drying sandwich structure in a vacuum oven after spinning; (c) placing the prepared film in a thiourea solution, reacting for a period of time in an oil bath, taking out, washing, drying; (d) immersing the treated film in a polydimethylsiloxane solution; and (e) heat-curing in an oven to obtain hydrophobic and lipophilic film with photothermal and electrothermal effect for oil-water separation.
