▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Inorganic fullerene molybdenum disulfide-graphene composite lubricant comprises molybdenum disulfide and graphene in mass ratio of 1:0.0005-0.1, where the molybdenum disulfide has inorganic fullerene like structure with particle diameter of 30-300 nanometers. The molybdenum disulfide is dispersed in the graphene surface defects or gaps, where the single layer graphene ratio is more than 90% and surface area is 3500 square meter per gram. USE - Inorganic fullerene molybdenum disulfide-graphene composite lubricant used in solid lubricating material, precision machinery and aviation spaceflight area. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic fullerene molybdenum disulfide-graphene composite lubricant has good lubricating property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing inorganic fullerene molybdenum disulfide-graphene composite lubricant, which involves: (A) mixing graphene solution containing 1-8 wt.% myristyltrimethylammonium bromide and glycerol-water mixture with solvent; (B) adding the mixed material with acid to adjust pH to 2-3.5 and then dispersing the obtained material for 10-20 minutes at room temperature; (C) adding the dispersed material with molybdate, sulfide salts and thioacetamide and then sealing the obtained material in a reaction vessel at 200-600 degrees C for 1-2 hours; (D) filtering the sealed material to obtain black solid and then washing the obtained solid material with deionized water; and (E) drying the washed material to obtain the desired product.
