NOVELTY - Heat-conducting and insulating composite material comprises an insulating film layer and a heat-conducting silicone rubber layer coated on one or both sides of the insulating film layer, where heat-conducting conductive silicone rubber is two-component, such as component A and B component with a mass ratio of 1:(0.7-1.4), where component A includes 2-31 wt.% vinyl polysiloxane, 62-95 wt.% thermally conductive filler, 50-150 parts per million platinum catalyst, and rest is solvent, and component B includes 1-10 wt.% hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 2-31 wt.% vinyl polysiloxane, 62-95 wt.% thermally conductive filler, and rest is solvent. USE - Heat-conducting and insulating composite material used for energy vehicle air conditioner PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heaters, solar inverters, IGBT (insulated-gate bipolar transistor) power chips, 5G base stations, and mobile phones (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a heat-conducting and insulating composite material, which involves: a. coating the thermally conductive silicone rubber on one or both sides of the insulating film; and b. baking the insulating film coated with heat-conducting silicone rubber, and winding to obtain a product.
