▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor (100) has two electrodes connected to a graphene layer. An enhancement layer (120) is disposed below the graphene layer (111) to enhance an intensity of an optical electric field by surface plasmon resonance. The first electrode (131) and second electrode (132) are arranged parallel to a direction, where the intensity of the electric field is greater on one of the electrode sides than on the other electrode side with respect to a centerline in the direction of the layer. USE - Graphene-based optical sensor. ADVANTAGE - The intensity of the optical electric field enhanced by the enhancement layer is greater on a first electrode side than on a second electrode side with respect to a centerline in the first direction of the graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing an optical sensor (100). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a plan view of the optical sensor.
