▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene substrate involves (i) laminating a layer (11) comprising a metal (11B) which is a catalytic metal used for forming carbon (11A) and graphene on the front surface side of a substrate (10), (ii) laminating a layer (12) on the surface side of the layer (11) which does not cause the carbon in the layer (11) to deposit on the surface side after the step (i), (iii) performing heat treatment obtained layer to dissolve the carbon in the layer (11) in metal (11B), and (iv) cooling after the step (iii) to form graphene (111) between the substrate and layer (11). USE - Manufacture of graphene substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables favorable manufacture of graphene substrate without being affected by external vibration and direction of holding the substrate.
