NOVELTY - High-efficiency thermal conductive adhesive comprises 18-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-19 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 10-12 pts. wt. graphene, 10-12 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 8-12 pts. wt. vinyl acetate and 10-18 pts. wt. isocyanate bridging agent. USE - High-efficiency thermal conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The product is non-toxic, environment-friendly and energy-saving and has improved heat dissipation property, high reliability, good thermal conductivity, strong bonding ability and good wear resistance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-efficiency thermal conductive adhesive comprising dissolving butyl acrylate and polyvinyl acetate in 80 pts. wt. solvent, mixing for 30-60 minutes to get mixed material, adding isocyanate bridging agent, stirring and curing at 150-160 degrees C for 1 hour.
