▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-foaming polyurethane comprises (i) drying a single-layer graphene oxide dispersion by an atomization drying method to obtain graphene oxide microspheres, where the carbon to oxygen ratio is 3-6, (ii) mixing 1-10 parts by mass graphene oxide microspheres with 2-4 parts by mass foaming agent, (iii) taking 100 pts. wt. polyurethane and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 0.6-1 pts. wt. zinc oxide into internal mixer and banburying at 85-100 degrees C, (iv) adding the product of the step (iii) to the internal mixer together with the product of the step (ii) and banburying at 100-110 degrees C, and (v) adding the product obtained in the step (iv) to the mold and foaming at 120-135 degrees C for 3-12 minutes and cooling to 136-165 degrees C for 5-20 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-foaming polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the use method of graphene sheet is lapped into porous network and filled in pore of the foamed polyurethane.
