▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A heat-resistant carbon fiber reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material contains 90-100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. Antioxidant 1010 (RTM: Pentaerythritol tetra-( beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate)), 2-4 pts. wt. melamine, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. ethylenebis(oleamide), 5-8 pts. wt. nano mica powder, 0.5-1 pt. wt. KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) as silane coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2-3 pts. wt. nano-silica. USE - Heat-resistant carbon fiber reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant carbon fiber reinforced polyoxymethylene composite material can be prepared in simple and economical manner with excellent compatibility and comprehensive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heat-resistant composite material, which involves: adding polyoxymethylene, ethylenebis(oleamide) and Antioxidant 1010 (RTM: Pentaerythritol tetra-( beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate)) to high-speed stirrer, uniformly stirring and placing in vacuum dryer for drying at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours; vacuum sintering nano-silica at 400-450 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing mixture at 90 W for 5-10 minutes, adding nano-mica powder to treated mixture, dispersing mixture for 20-30 minutes, filtering, washing with water and drying precipitate, uniformly mixing nano-silica and KH-570 (RTM: gamma -Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) and grinding, processing with chopped carbon fiber, heat-treating mixture and uniformly stirring; and adding polyoxymethylene and other raw materials to twin screw extruder, adding above mixture to extruder, extruding mixture, cooling, granulating, drying at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours using vacuum dryer, heating obtained product at 150-180 degrees C, cooling, and placing in injection molding machine for processing at 180-190 degrees C, under pressure of 50-60 MPa and at speed of 55-60 mm/second for 15-20 seconds.
