▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing laser-induced graphene coating on surface of composite material sealing piece comprises (i) pouring graphene oxide powder into glass container containing deionized water, and stirring uniformly, (ii) placing the C/C composite material finger tip sealing in the ultrasonic cleaning machine filled with acetone solution for cleaning, and taking out, (iii) coating the C/C composite material with the graphene oxide solution, and drying the C/C composite material coated with graphene oxide solution, (iv) placing the C/C composite material finger tip sealing after drying in the step (iii) in the femtosecond laser processing system, according to the C/C composite material finger tip sealing structure profile, planning laser scanning path track, realizing controllable preparation of laser induced graphene (LIG) coating based on the photo-thermal effect of high-repetition-frequency femtosecond laser. USE - The method is useful for preparing laser-induced graphene coating on surface of composite material sealing piece. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare laser-induced graphene coating that has excellent physical and electrochemical anti-corrosion effect, and improves service life and reliability of aviation engine composite material sealing piece. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of preparation process of the laser induced graphene coating on the surface of the C/C composite fingertip sealing surface.
