▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing laser induced manganese oxide/graphene array involves adhering copper foil current collector on substrate and polyimide (PI) film on copper foil, laser scribing with processing depth of 100% on PI film, so that PI film in scribed portion is induced by laser into graphene (LIG) array, dividing remaining non-processed PI film into PI columns; adding manganese source to PI column and LIG array to prepare precursor, laser-processing all areas on surface of precursor, using laser to heat manganese source into manganese oxide (MnOx) nano-particles, anchoring to LIG array, inducing upper portion of multiple PI columns of PI laser into LIG while anchoring MnOxnanoparticles in LIG, and obtaining laser induced manganese oxide/graphene array composed of copper foil, PI column and LIG array anchored with MnOx nanoparticles. USE - Method for preparing laser induced manganese oxide/graphene array used in lithium metal battery negative electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have simple and convenient operation, low nucleation over potential, good circulation stability and excellent multiplying power performance, and realizes control of array structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a laser induced manganese oxide/graphene array, which is prepared by preparation method applied to lithium metal battery negative electrode.
