▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - The production method of graphene material involves weighing sapphire substrate sheet with roughness of 0.10-0.60 nm and then soaking in alkali solution for 2-5 hours, naturally cooling the mixture and then washing using deionized water, drying the mixture and then placing in chemical vapor deposition furnace reaction chamber, processing the mixture at 1050-1350 degrees C and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for production of graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene material with high purity.
