NOVELTY - The optical antenna comprises a substrate and a dielectric film, where a medium film is arranged on the substrate. An antenna array is arranged on the dielectric film, where the antenna array is provided with M rows and N columns, where M and N are provided as the integers greater than 0. Each row of the antenna array is provided with a first electrode, a first waveguide graphene, N grating units and N second waveguide graphene corresponding to the N grating units. The first electrode is arranged on one end of the N grating units. USE - Optical antenna, such as an optical frequency band electromagnetic antenna used in a free space optical communication, a laser radar and an optical sensing imaging field. ADVANTAGE - The life loss of the grating unit and the dielectric film is reduced. The emitting direction of the electromagnetic wave is accurately controlled.
