NOVELTY - Preparing non-woven fabric composite board comprises paving non-woven fabric core layer on base material, paving thermoplastic plastic film on the non-woven fabric core layer, finally, paving fluorine rubber layer on thermoplastic plastic film to form a composite layer structure; baking and plasticizing the above composite layer structure, hot press molding, cooling by pressure roller to prepare the above-mentioned non-woven composite board; the fluorine rubber in fluorine rubber layer is fluorine rubber with abrasion resistance and temperature resistance, the fluorine rubber layer is is mainly made of fluorine rubber crude rubber, acid absorbent, calcium hydroxide, reinforcing filler, plasticizer, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, organic wax, fluorosilane ester, zirconium dioxide, and graphene are formed through heat kneading and mixing. The non-woven fabric composite board is composed of base material, non-woven fabric core layer, thermoplastic plastic film and fluorine rubber layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing non-woven fabric composite board. ADVANTAGE - The composite board: has light weight, high strength, wear-resistant, temperature-resistant, and water-absorbing anti-seepage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing non-woven fabric composite board comprises paving non-woven fabric core layer on base material, paving thermoplastic plastic film on the non-woven fabric core layer, finally, paving fluorine rubber layer on thermoplastic plastic film to form a composite layer structure; baking and plasticizing the above composite layer structure at 150-200 degrees C, hot press molding at 180-250 degrees C, cooling by pressure roller with roller temperature of 40-50 degrees C to prepare the above-mentioned non-woven composite board; the fluorine rubber in fluorine rubber layer is fluorine rubber with abrasion resistance and temperature resistance, the fluorine rubber layer is is mainly made of fluorine rubber crude rubber, acid absorbent, calcium hydroxide, reinforcing filler, plasticizer, vulcanizing agent, accelerator, organic wax, fluorosilane ester, zirconium dioxide, and graphene are formed through heat kneading and mixing. The non-woven fabric composite board is composed of base material, non-woven fabric core layer, thermoplastic plastic film and fluorine rubber layer.
