NOVELTY - Electromagnetic wave shielding material comprises 60-70 pts. wt. 8289 unsaturated polyester resin, 30-40 pts. wt. 8955 type low shrinkage resin, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-7 pts. wt. solvent, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 200-300 pts. wt. graphite, 4-6 pts. wt. release agent and 20-40 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber. USE - Used as electromagnetic wave shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The shielding material: has good electromagnetic shielding effect, and small overall weight of the material, which can flexibly adjust the conductivity; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the shielding material, comprising (a) mixing 8289 type unsaturated polyester resin, 8955 type low shrinkage resin, curing agent, polymerization inhibitor, coupling agent and solvent for dispersion to obtain a resin paste, (b) mixing and stirring graphene, graphite and mold release agent to obtain powder material, (c) pouring the resin paste obtained in step (a) into the powder material obtained in step (b), and stirring to obtain mixture paste, and (d) adding chopped carbon fiber to the mixture paste obtained in step (c) under stirring conditions, and stirring and kneading.
