NOVELTY - Graphene compound comprises graphene or graphene oxide; and a chain group, where the chain group comprises two or more ether bonds. The chain group is bonded to the graphene or graphene oxide through a silicon (Si) atom, and the chain group has a structure terminated with an alkoxyalkyl group. USE - Graphene compound used in an electrolyte for lithium-ion storage battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene compound can be used in a wide temperature range and withstand deformation. The storage battery can be changed in shape, i.e., it is a flexible storage battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a lithium-ion storage battery, which comprises the graphene compound, an exterior body, a positive electrode current collector and a negative electrode current collector.
