▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano carbon material/polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)/elastomer compound material comprises (1) compounding the graphene with carbon nanotubes, and obtaining nano-carbon material compound by grinding, (2) dispersing the nano-carbon material complex in the dichlorobenzene melt, and preparing the nano-carbon material/PPS nano-compound by in-situ polymerization reaction, and (3) placing the nano-carbon material/PPS nano compound, elastomer and related additives in twin-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano carbon material/polyphenylene sulfide/elastomer compound material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses complex of nano carbon materials; makes it easier to form three-dimensional network structure in the PPS matrix; easily forms conductive channel; prepares antistatic, electromagnetic shielding, conductive, and thermally conductive PPS compound material; adds elastomer enables the compound material to obtain the above properties at the same time; maintains good mechanical properties; has excellent comprehensive properties, and simple preparation process; and is suitable for industrialized large-scale production. The material is more suitable for use in 5G and 6G communication fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nano carbon material/PPS/elastomer compound material prepared by the above preparation method.
