NOVELTY - Preparation of polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel comprises adding graphene oxide, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and triethylamine, dispersing in organic solvent, reacting to obtain graphene oxide containing initiator, dispersing with water, adding catalyst under protective atmosphere, inhibitor, bipyridine and sodium styrene sulfonate to obtain polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene oxide, using water to disperse polystyrene sulfonic acid graft graphene oxide, adding reducing agent, dispersing by water and adding aniline and oxidizing agent. USE - Method of preparing polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel used as molecular controlled release material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has excellent mechanical strength and electrical stimulation response. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel comprises adding graphene oxide, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide and triethylamine, dispersing in organic solvent, reacting to obtain graphene oxide containing initiator, dispersing graphene oxide containing initiator group with water, adding catalyst under protective atmosphere, inhibitor, bipyridine and sodium styrene sulfonate to obtain polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene oxide, using water to disperse polystyrene sulfonic acid graft graphene oxide, adding reducing agent to carry out the reaction to obtain polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene, dispersing polystyrene sulfonic acid grafting graphene by water and adding aniline and oxidizing agent to carry out the reaction.
