NOVELTY - The cathode has a conductive material substrate connected with an insulating substrate and an insulating layer. An upper surface of a metal film electrode substrate is provided with a multi-layer graphene thin film and a field emitter. An upper surface of the metal film electrode substrate is formed with an insulating medium layer that is connected with a graphene substrate part. An insulating medium is arranged between adjacent graphene film layers. A metal film electrode part is connected with a bottom part of the graphene film layer. USE - Graphene film field electron emission cold cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode has better electron emission stability and high production efficiency, and reduces voltage consumption.
