NOVELTY - An elastic heat conductor comprises an elastic core (2) and a metal layer (3) stacked along a first direction, in contact with each other, denoting the elastic heat conductor, and a heat conduction layer (1) wrapping the elastic core and the metal layer, has a first end face (11) and a second end face (12). The total thickness of the elastic heat conductor, is M, and the thickness of the metal layer is N, where N is greater than or equal to 0.5M. The first end surface is used to abut against the first interface, and the second end surface is used to abut against the second interface. The first direction is from the first end face to the second end face. The surfaces on both sides of the metal layer parallel to the first direction, abut against the heat conducting layer. USE - Elastic heat conductor for use in communication devices. ADVANTAGE - In the elastic heat conductor, the incompressible layer of the metal layer, is provided with an elastic core with a suitable compressibility, so that the thickness ratio of the compressible layer of the elastic core and the metal layer is controlled, to maintain the overall compressibility of the elastic heat conductor, within a predetermined range, and to prevent the heat conduction layer from being excessively squeezed and bent. The arrangement of the material, also ensures the in-plane thermal conductivity of the heat conduction layer. The high thermal conductivity of the metal layer, enables to reduce the thickness of the elastic core, so that the heat transfer efficiency is greatly improved, and the overall heat conduction capacity is improved, and the heat conduction effect is optimized.
