▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Immune biosensor has an electrode substrate, a graphene oxide layer, chitosan layer, and a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus monoclonal antibody layer. The graphene oxide layer, the chitosan layer, the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus monoclonal antibody layer are sequentially covered on the electrode base material. USE - Immune biosensor for detecting PEDV. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has excellent sensitivity, precision and specificity for the detection of PEDV. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of immune biological sensor for detecting porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), which involves: (a) depositing the oxide graphene the surface of the electrode substrate by electrochemical reduction method, and forming a graphene oxide layer; (b) depositing chitosan on the surface of the graphene oxide layer by electrochemical deposition to form a chitosan layer; and (a) drop-coating porcine epidemic diarrhea virus monoclonal antibody on the surface of chitosan layer, incubating to form porcine epidemic diarrhea virus monoclonal antibody layer, and obtaining immune organisms for detecting PEDV sensor; and (2) a use of immune biological sensor for detecting PEDV, which comprises preparing the biological sample into supernatant, dripping the immune biosensor for detecting PEDV, incubating, detecting the response current value by differential pulse voltammetry, and calculating to obtain the antigen concentration of PEDV in the biological sample.
