NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy resin-based thermally conductive heat-resistant conductive adhesive film, comprises (1) mixing epoxy resin and conductive accelerator evenly, and grinding; (2) adding silver powder, mixing well, vacuumizing, adding diluent, coupling agent and anti-aging agent and mixing well; (3) adding curing agent to mix evenly, and vacuuming to obtain epoxy resin-based thermally conductive, heat-resistant and conductive adhesive film. The epoxy resin-based thermally conductive heat-resistant conductive adhesive film, comprises epoxy resin, diluent, curing agent, coupling agent, conductive accelerator, anti-aging agent, and silver powder. The anti-aging agent is prepared by e.g. (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to beaker under ice bath conditions, adding phosphoric acid and dry graphite, adding potassium permanganate, adding hydrogen peroxide to system until system becomes golden yellow, cooling to room temperature, suction filtering, centrifuging and freeze drying. USE - The adhesive film is useful for manufacturing ultra-small semiconductor device. ADVANTAGE - The method: can uses chemical synthesis to combine piperazine and piperidine in same molecule, so that it has more efficient anti-aging effect. The adhesive film: has good light stabilization effect, good thermal oxidation resistance, good light stabilizing effect, and good anti-thermal oxidation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing epoxy resin-based thermally conductive heat-resistant conductive adhesive film, comprises (1) mixing the epoxy resin and conductive accelerator evenly, and grinding them thoroughly; (2) adding silver powder, mixing well, vacuumizing, adding diluent, coupling agent and anti-aging agent and mixing well; (3) adding a curing agent to mix evenly, and vacuuming to obtain the epoxy resin-based thermally conductive, heat-resistant and conductive adhesive film. The epoxy resin-based thermally conductive heat-resistant conductive adhesive film, comprises 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. diluent, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. conductive accelerator, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, and 100-120 pts. wt. silver powder. The anti-aging agent is prepared by (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to the beaker under ice bath conditions, adding phosphoric acid and dry graphite, adding potassium permanganate , adding hydrogen peroxide to system until the system becomes golden yellow, cooling to room temperature, suction filtering, centrifuging and freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) adding the piperazine hexahydrate, propyl methacrylate and graphene oxide to there-necked flask to obtain intermediate-A; and (iii) adding intermediate-A, 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol, anhydrous toluene and sodium methoxide to three-necked flask to obtain the anti-aging agent.
