NOVELTY - Preparation of sulfonated graphene/polypyrrole conductive composite material involves dissolving oxidized graphene in 100 ml water, ultrasonically dispersing for 60 minutes to form uniform dispersion, adding sodium p-styrene sulfonate, stirring, heating at 60 degrees C, stirring, dropwisely adding initiator, reacting for 24 hours to obtain sulfonated modified graphene, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water and vacuum oven-drying at 60 degrees C for 48 hours. USE - Method for preparing sulfonated graphene/polypyrrole conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has low preparation cost, high stability, and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of sulfonated graphene/polypyrrole conductive composite material comprises: (A) dissolving oxidized graphene in 100 ml water, ultrasonically dispersing for 60 minutes to form uniform dispersion, adding sodium p-styrene sulfonate, stirring, heating at 60 degrees C, stirring, dropwisely adding initiator, reacting for 24 hours to obtain sulfonated modified graphene, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water and vacuum oven-drying at 60 degrees C for 48 hours; (B) washing the washed sulfonated modified oxidized graphene, ultrasonically dispersing in 100 ml deionized water for 30 minutes to form uniform and stable dispersion, adding reducing agent at 100 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain functionalized graphene, washing product with absolute ethanol and distilled water and vacuum oven-drying at 60 degrees C for 48 hours; and (C) adding sulfonated graphene into a dispersion of water and ethanol, ultrasonically treating for 60 minutes to form uniform dispersion, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, stirring, adding polypyrrole and initiator, slowly adding to sulfonated graphene mixture and reacting in ice bath for 24 hours.
