NOVELTY - Aptamer-graphene complex comprises graphene substrate, and fluorescent aptamer, where the aptamer is linked to the substrate through a fixing material, and the aptamer is 15-90 nucleotides in length. The complex is formed by linking the fixing material to one end of the substrate and aptamer, and a fluorescent material is coupled to the other end of the aptamer which forms a double helix structure. USE - The complex is useful in optical-based biosensor for quantitatively detecting a target material (claimed).
