NOVELTY - Preparation of nano fiber filter involves dissolving polylactic acid particles in solvent to obtain polylactic acid solution, dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding graphene oxide dispersion to polylactic acid solution, stirring, ultrasonically degassing to obtain graphene oxide/polylactic acid mixed spinning solution, using graphene oxide/ polylactic acid mixed spinning solution in electrostatic spinning device, spraying on the composite film material, separating the composite film material from the receiving substrate to obtain graphene oxide/polylactic acid spinning film, drying the spinning film, placing the dried spinning film in a silver nitrate solution, adding reducing agent (A), reacting, adding chloroauric acid solution, adding reducing agent (B) was in drops to obtain film material with alloy nanoparticles grown on the surface, removing the film material, drying and placing in a constant temperature and humidity box. USE - Preparation of nano fiber filter for preparing cigarettes (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces nano fiber filter having adjustable shape and structure. The nano fiber filter is coupled with specific adsorption ability of graphene oxide/polylactic acid material and gold-silver alloy nano-catalytic damage reduction ability, and has controllable performance parameters, which reduces the release of harmful components in the smoke particles and gas phase of cigarettes.
