▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanomaterial engine coolant mixture comprises hybrid carbon nanomaterial (HCN) and engine coolant, the HCN being in proportion of 0.015 vol.% of engine coolant, the engine coolant being in weight proportion of 70:30 for water:coolant, respectively, the HCN being obtained by ultra-sonication of two-dimensional hydrogen exfoliated graphene (HEG) and one-dimensional carbon nanotube (CNT) in deionized water for 30-40 minutes, followed by stirring for 12-13 hours, and the HCN being optionally doped with nitrogen. USE - A nanomaterial engine coolant mixture for automotive applications. ADVANTAGE - The coolant mixture provides high thermal conductivity even at low volume fraction of hybrid carbon nanomaterials without the use of surfactants, and exhibits high stability with no settlement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nanomaterial engine coolant mixture comprises hybrid carbon nanomaterial (HCN) and engine coolant, the HCN being in proportion of 0.015 vol.% of engine coolant, the engine coolant being in weight proportion of 70:30 for water:coolant, respectively, the HCN being obtained by ultra-sonication of two-dimensional hydrogen exfoliated graphene (HEG) and one-dimensional carbon nanotube (CNT) in deionized water for 30-40 minutes, followed by stirring for 12-13 hours, the HCN being optionally doped with nitrogen, and the coolant being mixture of 95-96 wt.% ethylene glycol (EG), 2-3 wt.% organic additives (OAT), and 1-2 wt.% water.
