NOVELTY - Graphene loaded nano-melamine foam comprises 15 pts. wt. melamine, 25-90 pts. wt. formaldehyde solution, 1-8 pts. wt. alkaline catalyst, 3-8 pts. wt. modified graphene, 40-70 pts. wt. acidic regulator, 6-15 pts. wt. surfactant, 12-28 pts. wt. foaming agent, and 5-15 pts. wt. modifying agent. USE - Used as graphene loaded nano-melamine foam. ADVANTAGE - The graphene loaded nano-melamine foam has high mechanical strength, strong water absorption property; and is environmentally-frienldy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing loading graphene nano-melamine foam comprising (i) preparing modified graphene; (i) adding melamine, formaldehyde solution, and basic catalyst to reactor, heating at 55-75 degrees C with stirring, melting for 30-45 minutes, to obtain melamine formaldehyde resin; (iii) reducing step (ii) reactor temperature to 70 degrees C, adding modified graphene powder with continuous stirring, carrying out ultrasonic vibration at the same time with stirring for 15-30 minutes, to obtain an emulsified mixture; (iv) adding step (iii) obtained resulting emulsified mixture to microwave foaming machine, carrying out microwave foaming, and curing, to obtain loaded graphene nano-grade melamine foam.
