NOVELTY - Graphene powder coating comprises 16-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 3-4 pts. wt. sodium myristate soap, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. stannous sulfate, 0.07-0.1 pts. wt. dimethyltin bis(isooctylmercaptoacetate), 4-7 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 110-120 pts. wt. high-density polypropylene, 7-9 pts. wt. radiating rubber powder, 2-3 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid and 0.7-1 pts. wt. alkanolamide. USE - The graphene powder coating is useful for light emitting diode lamp (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: reduces agglomeration and improves uniform stability and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene powder coating comprising (i) adding polyethylene wax into the weight of 4-7 times dimethylformamide, stirring under constant temperature water bath at 90-95 degrees C, adding dimethyltin bis(isooctylmercaptoacetate), insulating for 20-30 minutes and cooling material to obtain a wax amide solution, (ii) mixing graphene oxide and sodium tripolyphosphate and adding into deionized water whose weight is 20-30 times of the mixture, adding alkanolamide and sonicating for 10-14 minutes to obtain graphene amide dispersion, (iii) taking the above wax amide solution and graphene amide dispersion and stirring to obtain complex amide solution, (iv) adding high-density polypropylene into above compound amide solution, mixing, adding stannous sulfate and ricinoleic acid, heating and stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain acid-doped composite amide solution, (v) adding radiating rubber powder to acid-doped compound amide solution, heating and stirring at 70-75 degrees C for 3-4 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate and drying at room temperature to obtain polypropylene composite heat-dissipating rubber powder, and (vi) mixing polypropylene composite heat rubber powder and remaining raw materials, stirring, then adding into extruder, melt extruding, cooling and sieving to obtain final product.
