NOVELTY - Graphene channel material comprises a graphene film, and an anti-stress hormone immobilized on the graphene film and comprising a bio-probe that binds to hormone. USE - The graphene channel material is useful in graphene transistor or biosensor (claimed) for detecting anti-stress hormone for diagnosing depression. ADVANTAGE - The graphene channel material detects various anti-stress hormones with high sensitivity in a rapid and accurate manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene transistor comprising a board, the graphene channel material, and a pair of electrode; and (2) a biosensor comprising the graphene transistor.
