NOVELTY - A manganese dioxide nanosphere/graphene/activated carbon flexible film electrode involves dispersing graphene oxide and activated carbon powder in deionized water according to a certain mass ratio, sonicating for 1-3 hours to uniformity, adding small amount of reducing agent, moving to a water bath at 80-95 degrees C for 2-5 hours, measuring 50-100 ml by suction filtration into a graphene / activated carbon flexible film, cutting into a regular shape, using a mixed solution of 0.1-1.0M manganese acetate tetrahydrate and 0.1-1.0 M sodium sulfate as an electrolyte and electrodepositing to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing manganese dioxide nanosphere/graphene/activated carbon flexible film for wearable and portable electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing manganese dioxide nanosphere/graphene/activated carbon flexible film with higher specific capacitance, prolong cycle life and better mechanical flexibility.
