▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Chemically grafted dextran heme modified graphene oxide, where modified graphene oxide and aminated dextran with amino and carboxyl group is covalently bonded to heme to form complex by forming covalent pi - pi conjugated system, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and composite is 2:1-1:4, and mass ratio of composite heme and dextran complex is 1:5-1:15. USE - Chemically grafted dextran heme modified graphene oxide used for drug delivery and biomedical diagnosis and treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need high temperature and pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of dextran chemically grafted heme modified graphene oxide comprising: (A) dissolving dextran and 1,4-butanediamine in ultrapure water, at ratio of 1:1-1:30 and under the protection of inert atmosphere, stirring and reacting for 2 hours, adding sodium cyanoborohydride (NaBH3CN), where dextran and NaBH3CN mol ratio is 1:10-60, reacting at room temperature for 3 days, adjusting pH value to 7, purifying by ultrafiltration, freezing and drying, adding trifluoroacetic acid, reacting overnight under the protection of inert atmosphere, adjusting pH to neutral, purifying, freezing and drying to obtain aminated dextran; (B) mixing heme, 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide at mol ratio of 1:1:1-1:10:10, dissolving in dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring and reacting at normal temperature for 2 hours, adding to aminated dextran, where heme and aminated dextran mol ratio is 1:1-1: 4, reacting at room temperature for 2 days, dialyzing, freeze-drying to obtain dextran-heme complex; and (C) mixing graphene oxide and dextran-heme complex at mass ratio of 2:1-1:4 in water, adding ammonia and hydrazine hydrate at mass ratio of 1000:10:1-100:10:1, stirring and reacting for 3.5 hours at 60 degrees C, cooling to room temperature, and dialyzing using ultrapure water.
