NOVELTY - The growing method of graphene with unbonded metal involves (i) depositing an oxide on a surface (a) of a metal foil, and defining a surface (b) of metal foil as a metal surface, stacking or rolling up the metal foil on the oxide surface towards the metal surface, and forming a metal stack or a metal roll, and (ii) chemical vapor depositing and growing graphene on the metal surface of the metal stack or metal roll. USE - Growing of graphene with unbonded metal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the growing of graphene with unbonded metal in a large scale by simple process with high reproducibility, avoids the mutual adhesion between the metal foils, and greatly improves the growth efficiency of graphene.
