NOVELTY - Graphene oxide 45C concrete comprises 168 pts. wt. cement, 305 pts. wt. water, 655 pts. wt. natural river sand, 1272 pts. wt. crushed stone, 6.1 pts. wt. high-efficiency water reduction of polycarboxylic acid, 2.07 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, the solid content of graphene oxide nanosheet in the raw material of graphene oxide solution is 8.84%, where graphene oxide nano-sheet thickness is 0.5-2 nm and its diameter is 2-8 mu m, purity is less than 98%, and graphene oxide nano surface has a lot of oxygen and has good hydrophilicity which is not conductive. USE - Used as graphene oxide 45C concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete reduces the content of 27%, 20% price reduction, reduces the dosage of cement, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing 45C graphene oxide concrete, comprising (i) adding 6.1 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent to 168 pts. wt. water, uniformly stirring for 90 seconds, and recording as a solution I; (ii) adding 11.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution raw material to the solution I, uniformly stirring for 90 seconds, stirring and recorded as the solution II; (iii) adding 305 pts. wt. cement, 655 pts. wt. natural river sand and solution II into the mixer, stirring uniformly for 120 seconds, and rotating at 2.5 m/seconds; (iv) adding 1272 pts. wt. gravel and stir uniformly for 150 seconds, rotating at a speed of 1.5m/ second and discharging to obtain the prepared graphene oxide concrete mixture; and (v) pouring the graphene oxide concrete mixture into the mold, filling it twice, filling the mold 1/2 each time, and shaking it on the vibrating table, where each time taking the pulp as the standard, avoiding over-vibration, and performing oxygen protection.
