▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene is produced from graphene oxide (GO) by preparation of feedback GO solution by dispersing to form stable 0.1-10 mg/ml colloidal solution in solvent and subjecting to ultrasonification, and exposing atomized droplets by injection of feedstock GO solution through atomizer nozzle into high temperature zone (5) of thermal spray system chosen from plasma spray, high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spray and arc spray for less than or equal to 1 s to undergo thermochemical modification by removing oxygen-containing functional groups from GO surface of feed. USE - Production of graphene from graphene oxide for composites, solar cells, batteries and electrochemical capacitors. ADVANTAGE - Graphene is conductive and has high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene is produced from graphene oxide (GO) by preparation of feedback GO solution by dispersing to form stable 0.1-10 mg/ml colloidal solution in solvent and subjecting to ultrasonification, exposing atomized droplets by injection of feedstock GO solution through atomizer nozzle into high temperature zone (5) of thermal spray system chosen from plasma spray, high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spray and arc spray for less than or equal to 1 s to undergo thermochemical modification by removing oxygen-containing functional groups from GO surface of feed, and collecting graphene in layer form on substrate (8) or in powder form.
