▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An autonomous self-healing polymer composition comprises (a) thermosetting polymer media, (b) laminates of carbon as reinforcement, (c) a set of microcapsules containing flowable polymerizable material, (d) a set of vascular network contained with flowable polymerizable material, and (e) carbon-based nanofiller. USE - An autonomous self-healing polymer composition for fabrication of composite by autoclave methodology using molds and vacuum (claimed), such as carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite for aerospace application. ADVANTAGE - The addition of modifiers, such as microcapsule and vascular networks, allows the composite to heal on its own. The matrix is also embedded with graphene nanoplatelets for increasing strength to compensate for the loss of strength that may have been caused due to addition of vascular network and microcapsule.
