▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone comprises adding caprolactone ( epsilon -CL) and graphene oxide, using toluene as solvent, stannous octoate as catalyst, fully reacting at 80-140 degrees C, cooling, concentrating, precipitating with ether, and drying to obtain graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone. USE - The graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone is useful as toughening agent for polylactic acid 3D printing wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone improves mechanical properties of the wire when used for polylactic acid 3D printing wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone; (2) toughening agent, comprising graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone; (3) preparing toughening agent, comprising mixing graphene oxide grafted polycaprolactone with polyethylene, and granulating to obtain toughening agent; and (4) preparing polylactic acid 3D printing consumables using toughening agent, comprising providing taking 92-98 pts. wt. polylactic acid and 2-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, using single-screw extruder for extruding, wire drawing and forming, where the temperature of first temperature zone is 175-185 degrees C, the temperature of second temperature zone is 185-195 degrees C, the temperature of third temperature zone is 180-190 degrees C, the temperature of water tank is 45-55 degrees C, the extrusion speed is 720-920 revolutions/minute, the pulling speed is 400-520 revolutions/minute, and the winding speed is 8-14 rpm.
