ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon carbide composite reinforced resin material has simple operation, strong implementability and high preparation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene/silicon carbide composite reinforced resin material, which involves performing surface modification of graphene oxide to obtain modified graphene oxide, modifying surface of silicon carbide particles to obtain modified silicon carbide, combining modified graphene oxide and modified silicon carbide to obtain graphene/silicon carbide composite reinforced resin material.
