NOVELTY - Porcelain/nylon 6 fabric is obtained by weaving graphene/nylon 6 composite fibers. The dosage of graphene/nylon 6 composite fiber per square meter is not less than 150 g. The graphene/nylon 6 composite fibers are obtained by high-speed melt spinning of graphene/nylon 6 nano-composites and additive. The graphene/nylon 6 nano-composites are composed of nylon 6 and monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6. The transverse dimension of monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6 is greater than 1 micron. The mass ratio of additive to the graphene/nylon 6 composite is 0-5:100. USE - Porcelain/nylon 6 fabric with permanent UV protection, for use as anti-UV function fabric for skin clothing and sun umbrella and curtains. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nylon 6 fabric has excellent physical and mechanical properties and permanent UV-protection. The attenuation caused by increase of the washing frequency of the fabric is avoided. The graphene/nylon 6 fabric has UV protection factor (UPF) of greater than 40, and UV transmittance T(UVA) of less than 5%, and meets the standard GB/T18830-2009 on the requirements of anti-UV products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Porcelain/nylon 6 fabric is obtained by weaving graphene/nylon 6 composite fibers. The dosage of graphene/nylon 6 composite fiber per square meter is not less than 150 g. The graphene/nylon 6 composite fibers are obtained by high-speed melt spinning of graphene/nylon 6 nano-composites and additive. The graphene/nylon 6 nano-composites are composed of nylon 6 and monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6. The transverse dimension of monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6 is greater than 1 micron. The ratio of graphene to the total mass of nylon 6 is 0.01-0.5:100. The mass ratio of additive to the graphene/nylon 6 composite is 0-5:100. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of porcelain/nylon 6 fabric with permanent UV protection, which involves weaving graphene/nylon 6 composite fibers where the dosage of graphene/nylon 6 composite fiber per square meter is not less than 150 g.
