▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hydroxy type polyimide/graphene nano composite material is claimed. The nano composite material containing both hydroxy and sulfone groups i.e. 2-(3,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methylbiphenyl-4-yl)-5-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxoisoindolin-5-ylsulfonyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione (I), where graphene is graphene nano sheet having thickness of 2-10 nm and width of 5 mu m. USE - The nano composite material is useful in aerospace, microelectronic and other high-tech field. ADVANTAGE - The nano composite material has excellent comprehensive performance, and improves compatibility and interface between polymer substrate and graphene nano metre particle interaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hydroxy type polyimide/graphene nano composite material is claimed. The nano composite material containing both hydroxy and sulfone groups i.e. 2-(3,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methylbiphenyl-4-yl)-5-(2-methyl-1,3-dioxoisoindolin-5-ylsulfonyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione of formula (I), where graphene is graphene nano sheet having thickness of 2-10 nm and width of 5 mu m. n = 50-100. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hydroxy type polyimide/graphene nano composite material comprising adding 1 pt. aromatic diamine monomer having dihydroxy structure, 1 pt. sulfone structure containing dianhydride monomer and graphene nano sheet in organic solvents under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring at room temperature for 0.5 hours, heating at 170-190 degrees C, washing with water by nitrogen stream, stirring and reacting for 12-24 hours, reducing reaction system to room temperature, pouring solution onto flat glass coating, and drying in an oven at 70 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain hydroxy type polyimide/graphene nanocomposite.
