NOVELTY - Graphene is dispersed in dopamine-containing aqueous solution, trimethylol aminomethane buffer solution is added under magnetic stirring, stirred at room temperature for 10 hours, washed, centrifugally separated, obtained material is dispersed in 100 mmol/L titanium sulfate solution, magnetically stirred at room temperature for 2 hours, washed and centrifugally separated, to obtain polydopamine-modified graphene nano-material surface containing tetravalent titanium ion. USE - Manufacture of polydopamine-modified graphene nano-material used for spectroscopic analysis material for enrichment of phosphrylation peptides (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively provides polydopamine-modified graphene nano-material having excellent stability and dispersibility by simple and economical process.
